Confession: I'm a bit of an office supply geek.  I jokingly told my new supervisor that one of my favorite parts of this new job were the multi-colored binder dividers.  She responded "It's the little things."  I completely agree with her.  Sometimes the littlest thing like colorful dividers can make your day a little bit brighter.  Recognizing when this happens is the real challenge.
